Cada uno compra lo que quiere y lo que ve nadie obliga a nadie a nada,un comercial estuvo en mi casa y son profesionales de pies a cabeza lo que ocurre que hay mucha envidia de lo que gana esa gente.
Que no os engañen es todo una estafa! y me juego lo que aga falta que el que escribe una opinión buena es porque trabaja alli o no le interesa que se sepa la verdad. Asique que no os tomen el pelo!

Yo no voy a dar opinión ni buena, ni mala, porque hablo un poco de oídas, pero bueno, me expresaré igualmente.
Mi cuñada ha comprado uno de estos paquetes publicitarios o como se llamen hace poco y, sinceramente, no sé qué marca es el colchón ni lo que cuesta el sillón, pero cuando se sienta se la ve muy cómoda, y otro de los regalos que cogió fue una tele de LG de 32 pulgadas, yo me he comprado hace poco una Sony y me costó más de mil euros, no creo que haya mucha diferencia entre una y otra...
Al margen de esto, no creo que la gente compre por los libros, evidentemente, la mayoría lo harán por el caramelito del regalo... pues bueno, si después quedan satisfechos, bien, si no, pues que lo devuelvan y punto, no? Pues eso, yo no sé si lo compraría, pero tampoco considero que sea una estafa tan grande, como bien leí antes, cada uno es libre de tomar una decisión final... no??

Ayer no pude explicarme del tdo por falta de tiempo, asi que aclaro cosas.
1.- No hay estafas a ancianos, Cuando yo trabaje con aupper, hace poquito que me fui, estaba terminantemente prohibido vender a personas mayores de 78 años, por bien que se les vea.
2.- Los productos los repartidores ls desembalan e instalan en casa del cliente, para que se vea que todo es correcto.
3.- los productos tienen una garantia de 2 años minimo, algunos productos mas.
4.- Si un producto se estropea, se cambia por otro, no se repara.
5.- No teniamos una cmision de 300 euros ¡ojala!
6.- hay un plazo de 7 dias para echarse atrs.
Detras de este foro y este blog, hay por un lado, unos comerciales rebotados que no supieron o no pudieron vender, y una empresa, que todos sabemos quienes son, a los que el exito de aupper aun les escuece, pero si ellos hubieran echo caso en su dia y usar productos d eprimera smarcas como usabamos en aupper, no estarian ahora como estan.
A los clientes decirles que no se guien de un foro x, ni para bien ni para mal, que lo comprueben ellos mismos, si los regalos son tan malos lo van a ver cuando los lleve el repartidos, que los manden. Pero que se den y den a los actuales comerciles de aupper una oportunidad y no ayuden a hundir una empresa que no ha hecho daño a nadie solo por unos comerciales cbreados y una empresa que ante el descenso de sus ventas se dedica a pisotear la reputación de unos comerciales preparados.

Me gustaria agregar que aupper no engaña solo a sus compradores si no ademas a sus empleados, cuando ingresas te prometen una comision altisima de 150 euros, pero luego solo cobras 66, si quieres cobrar lo anterior, tienes que pasarte a autonomo, eso... si superas las jornadas laborables de 7.45 a 22.30, de lunes a viernes, todo lo contrario a cuando te contratan... y ojo que te rayen el coche... te descontaran 500€. Tan buenos son.. que las "captaciones" de comerciales.. ya no las hacen con su nombre... van cambiando los avisos... cuidado en coruña con el numero que empieza en "981649...".. alli seguro te van a engañar y te van a presionar para que engañes a la gente.
SOBRE EL TEMA ANCIANOS JODER Y A UNO DE 77 SI. MIRA COMO VEO QUE ERES UN POCO CORTO TE LO EXPLICO YO. MUY SENCILLO SE FINANCIA A 3 AÑOS 78+3 = 81 NADIE TE FINANCIA POR ENCIMA DE DE LOS 80 AÑOS.

He sido trabajador de Aupper y quiero alertar a todas las personas que quieran trabajar en esta empresa.
En principio te dicen que trabajas de lunes a viernes de 10 a 19 horas descansando 1 hora para comer.
Contrato de trabajo con un sueldo de 1.467 euros brutos al mes (incluido dietas y kilometraje)
que tienes un periodo de prueba de 2 meses, que te van a ayudar todo lo que puedan y que si ven que estas flojito de ventas pero trabajas como el que mas pues te hechan una mano.
TODO MENTIRA Y FALSO
tienes que estar en la oficina a las 7:45 y no dejas de trabajar hasta las 22:00 horas aproximadamente, solo te vas antes si el dia ha sido bueno en ventas (para eso tienen que hacer entre todos los comerciales unas 25 ventas, casi imposible) ademas tienes que trabajar los sabados, los cuales no te pagan ni siquiera comida y kilometraje
despues eso de dos meses de prueba es totalmente falso, como lleves una o dos semanas sin vender te echan o te dicen que como no te hagas autonomo te tienes que ir.
ME PARECE MUY FUERTE QUE EL ESTADO DEJE ACTUAR A ESTAS EMPRESAS DE ESA FORMA
ademas si pueden tangarse el pagarte alguna venta no dudan en hacerlo, hay que tener mucho cuidado.
Es una pena que se aprovechen así de gente que busca un trabajo para poder llevar su casa adelante y poder comer.
Ademas deciros que no venden las enciclopedias, lo que realmente venden son los regalos, ya que dependiendo de los regalos que elijas tiene una cuota u otra, si no probadlo alguna vez que os llamen, elegid los regalos y cuando os digan las cuotas cambiadle uno de los regalos por otro (preferiblemente la TV o el Ordenador) vereis como cambia la cuota o el comercial te dice que no se puede escoger esos regalos con esas obras, etc...
Ademas os digo como calculamos las cuotas
Regalos principales: 12€
Regalos especiales: 15€
Regalos especiales III: 27 €
los regalos especiales son todos los electricos (dvd, camara de video, etc) el colchon, el sillon de masage
y los regalos especiales III son el TV y el ordenador
En fin que son una empresa basura que engañan a sus propios empleados

bueno yo se que es eso de aupper de cerca, solo decir que son una panda de estafadores, que a las teleoperadoras les dan listados de calles donde solo hay gente mayor para engatusar a la pobre gente.
ahora estan conlas dos fantasticas almohadas y demas .... todo un engaño para que luego vaya el comercial y les saque como unos 2000 pavos en gilipolleces.
ah! y el jefe asier o asir como cojones se llame es un salido....que asco da...por no hablar de tmb otra jefa que tmb pone ojitos a los chicos.....
eso es como una secta, en la entrevista te ponen un video de una convenccion que se hace todos los años en bilbao, y les ves como lloran todos , los unos por los otros....penoso...porfavor no piquen y si llaman ofreciendo almohadas muy buenas digan que no.
Jeje, ya me he pasado por aki para ver que ponia... Hoy ha sido mi primer día de trabajo para Aupper... no sé qué decir la verdad que me he quedado sin palabras, encima mis compis del curro (saludo a la del comentario de arriba) me han dicho que me metiera aki para saber dónde me estaba metiendo. Sinceramente yo ya hab´´ia trabajado antes como teleoperadora haciendo encuestas y me ponía verde la gente cuendo llamaba a sus casa porque se pensaban que les iba a timar y yo decía... ¡Pero qué fuerte, si sólo es una encuesta!.
Hoy que he empezado con el Sr..., encantada de saludarle, mi nombre es... y el motivo de mi llamada es para decirle que va a recibir de forma totalmente gratuita dos fantásticas almohadas viscoelasticas...etc... pues me he dado cuenta de la capacidad que tiene el guión para engatusar al cliente. ¡Tenemos tres guiones: el primero es para decirle que mire usted qué suerte que le llevan a su domicilio gratis unas almohadas, el segundo por si te cortan les cuentas el rollo de que son unas almohadas flipantes y de que esto es simplemente publicidad, y el tercero las caracteristicas de las almohadas, eso si, escritas exclusivamente para ancianos, porque pone: alivia el dolor de la artrosis, la artritis, los problemas de cabeza...y es un 80% eficaz contra los ronquidos!
pero señores no seáis tontos que esas almohadas cuestan casi 200 euros cada una!! donde van regalándote 2 pagando sólo los gastos de envio!!!
Yo (teleoperadora), que soy el primer contacto con el cliente para que luego vaya el comercial a su casa y empiece su trabajo, en serio, se me cae la cara de vergüenza, mañana es mi último día, porque paso de estar ahi, además que sales amargada y encima están continuamente comiendote el tarro para que hagas muchas ventas y cobres comisión, están que flipan!!
sólo decir que a las 7 personas que he timado hoy lo siento muchisimo y que espero que mañana cuando vaya el 2º timador a su casa cojan las almohadas, que por 12 euros no se pierde nada y le cierre la puerta en las narices!
Esto es indigno tanto para el cliente como para el trabajador. Y no me jodas! el trabajador que diga q esta empresa es la leche es porque también se lleva comisión por escribir eso aki. No hay que ser muy listo para darte cuenta q esto es una estafa.
Hay trabajos a punta pala y mas honrados, sin necesidad de engañar ni de que te humillen...

Lo deje por que era una mierda... Poco despues me entere de lo que realmente estaba haciendo... que era estafar a la gente... pena de no haberme enterado antes.
Os comento... lo que la gente firma no es un contrato con aupper... si no con una financiera. cuando llaman a los almacenes centrales lo que estan haciendo es dar tus datos a la financiera para comprobar que no sois morosos y con la misma ya os empaquetan todo... una vez echo esto... tienes que pagar a cojones. no te queda otra... para echar todo a atras es muy dificil.
los regalos... en fin.... son todos una mierda... como ya comentaron.. el colchon las almohadas y el sillon son productos propios. que no valen una mierda.... el sillon les vale 99 €. la television anda sobre 150 € y lo mejor.... los famosos costes de produccion de las obras.... que a ellos les cuestan TAN SOLO.... 66 €
asi que... sinceramente y lo digo por experiencia ... no hagais nada con esa panda de estafadores. echarlos de casa si hace falta a escobazos... no dejeis que os engañen...

empezando por silvia la jefa de sala nueva que se cree algo y es una puta mierda como las demas, que se hace 41 en un dia y todas de reconfirmacion menuda petarda que en vez de treinta y tantos parece que tiene 3 ajaja.y la marta esta otra imbecil una trepa roñosa asquerosa que no hace mas que lamer el culo a silvia....asquerosas de verdad, ademas de malas compañeras y malas personas!

Los regalos ,regalos son.Articulos que son de las primeras marcas del mercado,no me parece nada engañoso al contrario,me parece una política de ventas excepcional ya q yo prefiero comerme el jamon en el plato q en la tv.Todas estas opiniones me parecen de algun personaje que no fue apto para trabajr en la citada empresa,esto no se llama TIMO se llama FRUSTRACION.

Esta web es de comerciales frustrados,dejar trabajar dignamente a quien lo hace y limitaros a estar en la cola del paro,AUPPER no os quiere entre ellos.
yo estuve en aupper y es verdad que se cobra mucho. Siendo un comercial medio ganas entre 3500 y 4500 euros facil. Yo en mi caso me fui porque en esa empresa lo que te piden esque vivas para ellos. Me explico:
Si no haces un doblete (vender 2 enciclopedias) tu jornada laboral termina a las 9 estes donde estes (como si estas a 2 horas de casa) y aveces ni vendiendo 2. Por otra parte se trabajan muchos sabados si la delegacion no va bien. Mi problema fue que vendiera o no como mi delegacion iva mal fui totalmente explotado por mi delegado y asi mis compañeros tambien. Por ese motivo si alguien quiere ganar dinero aupper esta muy bien y pierdes tu vida.
Otra cosa Merianel no es ni empresa. Merianel es un nombre creado por Celestino Pedro (presidente de aupper) para poder dar los colchones como "regalo" sin tener que pagar a otras empresas de colchoneria.
xd,xd he estado a punto de entrar como comercial en Aupper,pero yo gracias a dios lo vi muy claro desde un principio,cuando empezaron a darnos el cursillos para formarnos segun ellos con nueva tecnica de ventas traida de estados unidos, el 2º dia sospeche que nos gravaban en las sala donde estabamos estudiando y asi era me lo confirmo un compañero y su tecnica de ventas no es otra que no dejar pensar al cliente,ni hablar claro y tu ceñirte siempre al guion no te puedes salir de el y digo yo si tan buenas es la empresa pq necesitan siempre a tanto comercial? y hay tanta rotacion de gente?Te prometen el oro y el moro y no se si sera verdad pero yo por si acaso no he querido formar parte de una empresa que se sabe desde un principio que no vas vendiendo enciclopedias si no articulos diversos.Yo mantuve contacto con diversos comerciales que ya estaban y es cierto que no acabas a las 19 h. el 1º mes te tienes que pagar tu la gasolina y la dieta ya te la pagaran al siguiente el coche que te dan con una franquicia de 500€ pidele a dios y a tus antepasados que no te lo arañen en la calle pq si no lo pagas tu.....Asi que me remito a algun comentario que ya he visto por aqui eso es una secta donde unos pocos se estan forrando.Ahora si..hay que reconocer que el tal Celestino este es un genio para montar tal empresa y forrase a costa de los demas

Para mi es una gran empresa.
La gente que habla mal dde aupper,la mayoria son gente que han trabajado en aupper y que no han conaseguido lo que en su dia aupper les propuso y por ello se sienten frustados.
Tanto los jefes como sus empleados son grandes personas que luchan por su trabajo.
Tambien decir que para expresar opiniones buenas o malas no hace falta faltar al respeto a nadie hay se demuestra porque no seguiss en la empresa.
A muchos de los que aqui escribis informaros bien sobre lo que estais hablando porque hay muchas cosas que no son ciertas.Espero que en el paro esteis mas agusto que en aupper. un saludo.
Hola, yo llevo un dia del cursillo en aupper para comercial, la verdad es que con vuestros comentarios se me estan quitando las ganas de seguir alli. Obviamente no me interesa dejarlo porque necesito trabajar ya como sea y en sevilla la cosa esta fatal. He pensado acribillar a preguntas al personal el próximo dia a ver si les saco los colores, preguntas sobre lo que decís y en vez de abandonar meterme de lleno y sindicarme por si puedo hacer algo contra la empresa. Aupper es una empresa q engaña, te camela con sus regalos, pero luego van a venderte lo q sea, y yo no sé de donde sacarán los datos de los clientes, por q yo creo q de las paginas amarillas, por q a mi me llamaron y nunca compré nada ni participé en nada con ellos. Yo creo que existen mejores maneras de realizar criticas; cada cabeza es un mundo y se hacen una vision diferente de las cosas, las personas no son tan tontas y tarde que temprano se daran cuenta, por que todos saben sumar, se nota cuando se habla con la herida, y cuando lo haces con razon, cuantas empresas trabajan de esa forma????, y es que cualquiera lo hace cuando se trata de vender algo, por ej: movistar, telefonica, orange, (por hablar de telefonia movil algo que usamos tan a diario) cuantos de ustedes no llaman cabreados por que les ofrecieron una tarifa de puta madre, y al final resulta que: el establecimiento de llamada cuesta tanto, el plan es solo por tales horas, el minuto vale tanto, pero cuando recibes la factura el iva hace que se triplique el costo.... etc por decir algo, pero ahi estamos.....
existe gente que se queda a gusto o a disgusto, comerciales que se pasan al sobreactuar su papel, clientes que exageran las cosas y hablan que se van a infartar por que estan muy angustiados por que han comprado algo.... en fin dejen vivir, al que le cae mal la leche que no se la tome y muerdanse el codo cuando vean la cantidad de ventas que se hacen y la cantidad de gente que compra, Y QUE ADEMAS SE QUEDA A GUSTO, el mundo es un negocio y en eso lo hemos convertido con nuestra avaricia y consumismo.... ahora de que se quejan....

Hola a todos!!!soy ...... de grupo aupper....jajajajajaja,os suena?yo soy uno de los tantos ingenuos que han entrado en esta"fantastica y maravillosa" empresa que es aupper pensando que era una empresa seria,pero gracias a una amiga(nuria) y a horas y horas de video con nuestro queridisimo amigo "mario" y como no,esa estupenda clienta"marta angoña" que no pone ni un pero en 45min. d video, me he dado cuenta d que todo era un engaño.
Desde primera hora d la mañana,empieza el divertidisimo show de la prestigiosa marca aupper,45min. d toston con nuestros queridisimos amigos marta y mario,seguido d un fantastico y rapidisimo almuerzo d tan solo 10min. muchos dias,y luego empieza la pelicula de las visitas,en las que tienes que tratar d engañar al mayor numero posible d personas con los ya conocidisimos adjetivos(fantastico,estupendo,comodisimo,maravilloso y sin olvidarnos del prestigioso o practico)ja,ja,ja,esto es la leche...
Pasas las mañanas visitando gente que a veces no saben ni leer,para mi es penoso intentar engañar a gente asi,para muchos de mis compañeros tan solo son un "doblete",en fin,que llegas al punto(sitio d reunion ya sea bar o plaza) en el que los "comerciales" huy,perdon!!!que no somos comerciales,sino que pertenecemos al departamento d atencion al cliente,ja,ja,ja,bueno a lo que iba,llegas al punto y con suerte si llegas d los primeros dispondras d una hora para comer,sino,te tendras que conformar con media horita,ah! que se me olvida,durante la comida solo puedes beber agua,ni vino ni ninguna bebida que contenga alcohol,y mientras estas saboreando el ultimo trozo del postre,te invitan a salir a la calle para decirte que las ventas no han salido y que si a las siete d la tarde no hay 20 ventas,toca quedarse hasta tarde,en fin que la tarde,no es mucho mejor que la mañana...llegan las 19.00 y todos al punto deseando que los compañeros hayan hecho las ventas para poder irte a casa pronto,pero...ja,ja,ja,siempre hay que hacer un par d visitillas mas,con lo cual te vas a casa como poco a las 22.00 d la noche,pero el show no acaba aqui,al dia siguiente y despues d haber visto el fantastico y maravilloso video,llaman a algun comercial que lleva sin vender 3 o 4 dias al despacho del delegado y ya no lo ves mas,al rato entra el delegado y dice que es una pena pero q fulanito ya no pertenece a la empresa.
Como ya os he comentado antes,soy ....... de grupo aupper y pertenezco al departamento de victimas y afectados de esta prestigiosa marca,y con motivo de la celebracion de mi marcha de la empresa,os he escrito estas 4 lineas a todos aquellos que tengais la intencion de uniros a esta empresa,para informaros de como es un dia a dia en la empresa,ellos prometen mucho en la entrevista,pero no dien nada d que x ejemplo si te hacen un arañazo en el coche tienes que pagar 500 euros,ni de que los sabados(y son la mayoria)tienes que trabajar x la mañana,ni que plegas a las 22 o 22,30 muchos dias,y que si estas 3 o 4 dias sin vender te echan,no puedes hacer ningun comentario negativo,d que la culpa d que no vendas es solo tuya,en fin una serie d cosas que hacen que este trabajo en esta empresa sea una mier..eso si,si no tienes escrupulos y eres un cabroncete,este es tu trabajo.
Por cierto,preguntad a los compañeros cuanto tiempo llevan en la empresa,ja,ja,ja,el que mas,7-8 meses,y ese es el cabroncete,los demas max. dos meses,hay una rotacion de gente muy bestia.

Voy a contar mi experiencia con aupper en Sevilla.
He sido comercial de aupper durante dos semanas, la primera semana te tiene dando un cursillo de cuatro horas diarias para aprenderte un guion ,con el te cuantan que ya esta todo hecho. La segunda semana sales a la calle con otro comercial, emn mi caso era de Barcelona de la oficina de Moncada,bien este tipo era un autentico estafador, la priemra venta que hace la hace diciendo que el era el jefe de aupper y que habia venido expresamente a ver a esa señora de unos 72 años, antes de empezar el tio se mete en el salon como si estubiera en su casa,la señora despues de hacer las famosas 5 preguntas que en realidad son 12 nos dice que esta pagando unos 75 euros de otra visita de aupper y que le queda un año por pagar( nos enseño la cartiila donde ponia que ganaba 400 de pension)este tiparraco la convencio de que ya habia acabado la deuda y que si el estaba alli era porque no debia mas recibos , total que entre una y otra le metio la bacala y le metio una cuota de 56 euros durante 49 cuotas la mujer estaba convencida de que solo iba ha tener un pago y ha primero de mes se dara cuenta de que le han sumado dos cuotas, con una pension de 400 euros hay que ser cabron.
La segunda venta la realizo de la sighuiente manera, despues de colarse a las 9.3 de la noche en casa de una pobre anciana de 72 años y sacarla de la cama la engaña comentandole temas que la mujer no entendia al pedir el numero de cuenta la señora le dice que no y este cabron le dice que le deje un recibo del banco para cojer el codigo postal de la zona y claro asi tiene los 20 digitos de la cuenta, la mujer no entiende que ha pasado pero se dara cuenta cuando le pasen un recibo de 53 euros por el banco.
Soy partidario de vender , pero no a cualquier precio, si ha alguien le interesa la obra y quiere la oferta `pues estupendo pero si no la quiere no se deben usar esas tecnicas tan rastreras y ruines como las que usan los comerciales de qupper, os dire que este lunes en la ofocona heramos 17 comerciales nuevos y el viernes quedaban 8 ,yo me fui el viernes.
Para ellos no existe moral ni dignidad.
Su jefe solo ve ventas pero wel que esta en la calle ve como los clientes son estafados incluso algunas veces con tecnicas que diria son casi delito.En fin deciros que ahora estan en Sevilla, la oficina esta en el Poligono Crta Amarilla, frente a donut y telefonica, se estan visitando la zona del Aljarafe,Tomares,Mairena... asi que por favor si os llaman para ofreceros una almohada viscolastica y un libro decir que no porque alguno caereis.Yo me ha ido al paro pero por lo menos puedo dormir tranquilo. Informo a todo el interesado de este blog, que los señores de AUPPER, están en la zona de Barcelona y la verdad, yo me he quedado impresionada con toda la trama impuesta en estos comerciales.
Sólo voy a contar mi experiencia personal con ellos.
Tal como bien explicais, se presentaron y la verdad es que son muy amables y alagan cualquier detalle personal. Lo digo por el señor que tiene puesta una denúncia sobre acoso. A mi también entraron a saco.
Total, que yo estaba segura, que no iva a firmar nada y acabé dando toda mi información, número de cuenta incluído.
Al rato, me remordia la conciencia, como era posible que yo huviera firmado aquello????? Yo no queria nada, como era posible???
Así que investigando, investigando y antes de que llegara el día siguiente (el día que supuestamente me traerían los regalos), entré es su página web y les envié un mail, diciendoles que no fueran a mi casa, que me lo había pensado mejor y que renunciaba al contrato, que no se preocuparan, que les enviaria por burofax (tal y como decis vosotros)la renuncia del contrato.
Pensé que con eso, estaría solucionado por el momento, pero cual a sido mi sorpresa, al contestarme un chico y decirme, que de donde había sacado yo su dirección de mail y que él no tenia nada que ver con esa empresa.
Imaginaros mi cara de sorpresa. Bufff...!!! qué lio
Yo mando un mail a dicha empresa y resulta que le llega a una persona, totalmente ajena a ella. Como es posible que pasen estas cosas?
Bueno, no quiero agobiaros, pero creo que todo esto es una trama.
Quisiera que me respondieraís a unas preguntas.
Yo he firmado el contrato, pero en cambio, no he recibido los regalos todavía y mi pregunta es ¿si yo no recojo dichos regalos, esto me compromete a algo? Me llamaron justo esta mañana, de que estaban en mi casa para darmelos.
¿debo de todas formas enviar por burofax, la renuncia del contrato, tal y como explicais, antes de los 7 días de la firma del contrato?
Estoy echa un lio y me gustaria salir de ello.

soy un nuevo trabajador de aupper, hoy a sido el segundo dia de preparacion.
Quiero decir que no me creo ni los comentarios buenos ni los malos, porque lso buenos los pueden haber escrito los propios trabajadores y los malos la gente descontenta, pero seguro que tb hay gente contenta.
Decir que no es estafa,e so nunca, nosotros no estafamos, simplemente explicamos "las obras y los regalos" y cada cliente es libre de firmar o no firmar, nosotros no obligamos a firmar a nadie, a nadie se le pone una pistola en la cabeza para que firme, si la forma de venta funciona felicidades a su creador.
Tambien decir que dare un punto de credibilidad a lo que dice el director de la oficina, que es posible que se cobre lo que dicen, y desdeluego a mi no me importa hacer 10 horas todos los dias si a final de mes en mi cuenta del banco aparecen 4.000 €uros, que sinceramente, noconozco ningun empleo en el que se gane eso sin hacer horas, si alguien lo conoce que me lo diga, que me interesa.
En mi anterior trabajo trabajaba de lunes a sabado y cobraba 820€, estaba al lado de casa es cierto, pero pringaba toda la semana y el sabado de 10 de la mañana a 8 de la tarde con 2 horas para comer que quedan en 1 entre unas cosas y otras.
Decir que suerte a los compañeros que empiezan conmigo, con ilusion y ganas de trabajar y porque no de cobrar lo que nos han dicho que se cobrara.

pero es verdad k despues del cursillo te dan el coche de empresa y empienzas a cotizar en la seguridad social? GRACIAS
pues si es cierto, nada mas terminar el cursillo te dan el coche para trabajar, justo el primer dia eso esta bien, pero si al coche le pasa algo, vas a pagar tu lo que le pase, el sueldo es bueno, las horas son unas 12 o 13 diarias y si no vendes entre semana curras los sabados por la mañana.
Pues muy bien todos es ke no necesitais dinero cada mes para vivir y sois unos jilipichis ke no soportais trabajar en equipo y no entendeis nada de lo ke es ser commercial son todos los curros igual con diferentes productos....iros de fiesta a pilaros un pedo y vender gominolas en las discotecas
Pero cuando te cojen de comercial y empiezas a vender, te dan algun tipo de margen para que puedas vender o directamente si no consigues vender te exan... alguien me puede decir es solamente pura curiosidad?

Me alegro mucho de ver este blog y leerme los comentarios. Soy de Sevilla y bueno, ayer me citaron para una entrevista esta tarde para comercial, pero no tenía ni pajoleta de qué narices era Aupper ni a qué se dedicaba y como siempre me gusta informarme con antelación pues aquí he llegado.
Me estoy planteando muy seriamente el siquiera presentarme esta tarde. Que uno es joven, está parado, no es rico... pero otra cosa no, honrado y sincero a más no poder.
Por lo que leo, también es muy probable que lo que me han dicho a mí que hay coche de empresa, es mentira... pues la llevan clara conmigo todas las empresas estas que pretenden gastar tu vehículo privado en trabajar.
En fin, que muy probablemente ni me presente.
He ido a entrevista y no me han llamado. Debo ser demasiado "malo" para estos malnacidos.
En la delegacion de Mostoles hay un Mercedes Clase S impecable aparcado. ¿De donde habrá salido?
Me alegro de no haber entrado a trabajar con semejantes hijos de puta, aunque me imagino que me habran "calado" pues yo soy capaz de todo si me quitan 500 euros de mi bolsillo porque alguien me dañe el coche aparcando.
En la entrevista no me dijeron:
Lo de los 500 euros.
Dijeron que el horario era de 08 a 19 horas y que raramente se quedan mas y en todo caso es voluntario.
Lo de trabajar los sabados.
Ese mercedes es negro y con supresion del anagrama del modelo.

hola. actualmente soy empleado de aupper en proceso de nominación por propios medios. que quiere decir esto? desde que yo he entrado he visto como muchos compañeros han sido humillados y despedidos sin piedad. yo que despues de ver todo esto y de la forma de venta en las casas, engañando a destajo a todo hijo de vecino pa conseguir una venta de 2000€ para tu llevarte 100 pues e decidido que como en gran hermano me nominen. de momento he conseguido cabrear al jefe y el despido en puertas. animo a toda la gente a no comprar en esta empresa. si quieres ver animales pillate la tele por cable o internet. si quieres un colchon vete a una colchoneria. los regalos son maloss y los pagas con creces. ademas que depende del regalo que elija una persona suben o bajan las cuotas a pagar hasta una diferencia de mas de 1000 € increible no? en mi pueblo los regaos regalos son. Creo que en el pueblo de estos señores va de otra forma. un saludo a todos y todas

Yo no pude ir a trabajar un dia por problemas ajenos a mi (la carretera estaba cerrada por culpoa de la nieve y no se podia circular, dicho por la DGT) alsiguiente dia de trabajo, nada mas llegar me echaron pa casita, aunk reconozco que me hicieron un favor, pork yo no me iba a hacer auntonomo, cosa ke es obligatoria al mes y medio de estar ahi trabajando y si no te haces autonomo, te dan el papelito de no cumplir el periodo de prueba y ala calle, has perdido 1 mes de tu vida para esos ladrones.

CUIDADO CON LOS ESTAFADORES DE AUPPER.
Te engañan desde el principio en el cursillo,por que no te hablan de las jornadas interminables, e intensivas. de 7,45 a 22.00H. Y pobre de ti, que te quejes que vas a la calle.
Te cobran 500€ por una rallada de coche, aunque no la hayas hecho.
Buscaros otro curro más decente, por que igualmente os echaran, y os harán perder el tiempo, estudiando todo el extenso guión, para luego poder engañar a la gente.
Y para el que comenta anteriormente, no es fustración, es realidad.Sabe mal que jueguen con la necesidad de las personas.
Por favor que nadie caiga en una oferta de trabajo de esta gente de Aupper, yo empecé el cursillo de formación en Vigo para comercial y desde el principio todo me empezó a oler mal,incluso temas de sueldo y horarios, vamos una comedura de tarro, una secta que sólo buscará comeros el tarro y presionaros para que vivais solo para vender mentiras y engaños. Menos mal que al segundo día me largué echando oxtias de allí.

Mi novio ha estado trabajando en AUPPER muy poco tiempo y la verdad es que al principio todo pintaba muy bien, pero luego empezamos a ver cosas raras..que si hoy os vais todos a casa a estudiar (asi más de 2 dias seguidos), eso si, luego te intentaban dejar tranquilo con el cuentecito de que era una politica de empresa americana...(que cosa mas rara) y sobretodo no preocuparos..aqui podeis ganar mucho dinero etc...cosa que ya me parece de muy mal gusto este tipo de comentarios.
Bien pues lo han despedido después de decirle que era muy buen vendedor etc....y asi a miles de compañeros suyos.
No entiendo porque buscan comerciales sin experiencia si despues les machacan y agobian con los sermones tipo sectarios que hacen cada mañana, trabajan super presionados, entran a las 8 y llegan a casa a las 22h.
Le diria a esta empresa que deje de jugar con la gente que realmente tiene ganas de trabajar y buscar un sitio estable y que contrate a gente con experiencia, y que sean más humanos y sinceros.
que digan que si no venden en 2 dias se van de patitas a la calle!
que trabajareis bajo una presión impresionante y cobrareis una mierda (no lo prometido), eso si, coche de empresa y BOBADAS pero eso les interesa a ellos.
Y a la gente que no se deje engañar y por favor que no se metan con los comerciales que son gente que realmente cree en su trabajo y tienen ganas de trabajar, el problema es lo que tienen detrás, una presión para vender increible, broncas diarias de este tal CELESTINO, palabras bonitas que no sirves de nada porque en un mes estás en la calle aunque hayas vendido como en el caso de mi novio.
Desde hoy me uno a la campaña ANTI-AUPPER porque ya me parecia raro todo lo que hacian...no es normal...no paran de formar gente y echarles a la calle porque es lo que he vivido en la piel de mi pareja y eso desmotiva a cualquiera.

hola, yo soy un EnGaÑaDo , y me averüenza, no soy idiota, os lo aseguro, pero para que veais lo rastreros que son y lo que pueden lavarle el cerebro hasta a sus trabajadores, os expongo mi caso:
Me hizieron la famosa llamada de los libros, oye pues vale, me encantan los libros y por 6 euros... pues bien... , como trabajo en un bar, no les cuadraba el horario para venir a casa, no pasa nada, vamos al bar en el que trabajes, yo diria que eso es incluso ilegal, pero en fin... total que cual es mi sorpresa cuando se presenta un "amigo" el cual, era de lo mas punki , con un traje de punta en blanco, con una macro carpeta de ejecutivo... en fin, nunca me han importado las apariencias... asi que despues de un brevisimo, ¡¡¡hombre pues que vida... !!! en el cual apenas reconocí a mi "amigo" pasa a contarme la pelicula, todo esto entre clientes que me pedian cervezas, cafes, y de mas consumiciones... ufff... diabolico... como ya dije, no soy idiota, aunque si un poco ingenuo, me chocó semejante situacion... pero tampoco tenia pinta me moverse de su sitio... y basta que lo conocia... me fie(craso error) bueno, para no enrollarme mucho mas.. ire al grano, me dijo lo de la cuota al mes, le dije espera.. cuantos meses... eche cuentas, y le dije,,, tio, que me estas hablando de 300.000 pesetas... y creo que tengo unos 20 o 30 euros en la cuenta del banco... a lo que me contesto, va que no pasa nada, tu pagas los 40 euros cuando te traigan el paquete y ya esta, que no pasa nada... bua... no me lo explico ahora mismo, pero confie en el... y voy y firmo... no se como pudo suceder, luego decia... pero que cojones acaba de sucerer...??? a sido real ??? en fin, ya estaba echo... pero me habia metido en una especie de trance hipnotico, y entre que tampoco podia pensar mucho porque estaba currando... pues ya veis... solo decir que hasta al mas listo se la pueden colar dependiendo de las circunstancias... esta muy bien pensada la estrategia... uff.. al final me e enrrollado ehh...
Pues de esto hace ya 3 o 4 años, me han estado mandando cartas de abogados... me han llamado.. les e dicho que vengan y se lleven todos los trastos, que excepto el plastico que quitaron los que me lo trajeron "para ver que todo estaba correcto" , no, ahora me doy cuenta que hasta ese pequeño detalle esta calibrado... es para si quieres devolverlo, ponerte trabas... pues bien, cuando ya pensaba que se habian olvidado de mi, resulta que me han citado al juzgado... no se... estoy pensando en declararme insolvente o algo, aunque tenga muchas repercusiones... pero cualquier cosa antes que pagarles... no se lo que pasara... voy a ponerlo en manos de una abogada a ver que me dice... en fin.... si alguien lee todo esto... gracias... este a sido mi caso... jeje... tambien e omitido muchos detalles, conque imaginaros la pelicula... como pa hacer un largometraje... o un corto por lo menos... bueno chaw...

Ahora que em explique el listo de turno de donde se saca que una enciclopedia cueste tan solo 150 euros? O mejor aun donde la puedo encontrar, pero una enciclopedia u obra completa con dvds no cualquier coleccionable de hojas sueltas, una vez mas seriedad señores, vamos a dejarnos de tanta pajareria claro que no te regalan nada peor si son a precios de coste las obras, los regalos cuestan baratos por que compran muchos, que te lo cobran todo, eso lo sabe hasta el mas tonto, pero es un lote que merece, por cierto no se donde leique el sofa sinomax solo cuesta 245 euros, vale eso es el sofa sinomax inclinable no el sofa sinomax con varias funciones masaje ese seguro que minimo cuesta 350 euros asi que la verdad no se donde veis el timo, que ganan dinero porsupuesto si no menuda mierda de empresa, pero de hay a que te estafen, fijate en los comercios te cobran un 75 % mas del valos del producto, eso si esun timo y aqui todos seguimos comprando.

Con lo unico que estoy de acuerdo es con que el horario deberia ser menor para que el descanso motive mas a la gente.
El martes empiezo el cursillo este de las narices, hasta ahora estaba al 50% el que yo entrara o no en este curro, pero vistos vuestros comentarios lo tengo clarísimo, NO. Mi horario teórico sería: salir de casa a las 7 de la mañana y llegar a las 8, y eso ya me jodia porque no podria ver crecer a mi hija para nada. Pero ahora sabiendo que se puede (y casi siempre lo hace) alargar el horario hasta las 10 de la noche mas lo que me cuesta llehar a casa, ni por el forro.
Por lo que respecta a esos sueldazos que se llevan decir lo siguiente: Las personas que son directores de empresas, ejecutivos,... y cobran grandes sueldos, o incluso los funcionarios (aunque nos repugnen estos tambien) son presonas que se lo han currado, han estado años estudiando carreras, masters, doctorados, idiomas, preparando oposiciones,... es decir, para llegar a donde estan se lo han tenido que currar a saco. Y ahora me viene el Roberto este (delegado en Guipuzcoa) diciendome que en cinco dias me prepara y me hace un comercial como la copa de un pino y ademas cobrando a saco, venga ya hombre, entonces para que se preapara la gente pudiendo estar contigo y sacarse una "carrera" en cinco dias?
El segundo dia de charla cuando le pregunte cuantos comerciales quedan por el camino y el lado malo del trabajo (puesto que lo dije que solo nos conto lo bueno) en vez de contestarme a la pregunta, que era clara, directa y concisa, me responde que si no estoy de acuerdo o dudo de algo que ahi tengo la puerta y me vaya. Pero no me responde a mi pregunta. Ya me olia algo el primer dia y esta actitud defensivo evasiva suya me hace dudar todavia mas.
Y lo del coche y sus 500 euros no nos ha dicho ni papa, de la misma manera que lo de que las dietas te las pagan con caracter retroactivo.
Claro decir que todos los que estaban en la charla son chavalines de no mas de 25 años que para muchos sera su primer trabajo y aqui el menda quen es bastante mas mayor que ellos y tiene el culo muy pelao de tantas veces que le han dado, dudo mucho y fue el unico que le dio guerra en la charla.
De todas formas el martes voy a ir al cursillo a tocarle los huevos al Robertito este de las narices y le voy a preguntar sobre todos estos vacios que ha dejado en el tintero.
Tenemos los libros, y algunos regalos y estan muy bien. Algunos los hemos revendido y sin problemas.
